Tracy Volkman has been my Audiologist for over 20 years. She has seen me and my husband through some rough times with our hearing, and has become a trusted friend. When the time came that a hearing aid was not enough in my left ear, she suggested I check in to a Cochlear Implant. The result was life changing, as now I can hear. She and Ciel, her Assistant are great, both tend to detail, and there to help when needed.

My visit to Sunshine Audiology was excellent. The entire staff made me feel welcome. Dr Tracy Volkman took the time to listen to my concerns. She works with me to adjust my hearing aids in order to optimize my hearing. It was so nice to see her in her new office.

Dr. Tracy Volkman is the most thorough and caring audiologist. I’ve been seeing her for six years and her goal was to find the best device to address my hearing loss within my budget. She made careful notes about my goals to hear better. And then she continues to monitor and assess how well the hearing aids meet my goals. She has a no pressure approach and her goal is to keep my hearing aids working for as long as possible. Tracy and her office assistant, Ceil are friendly and caring. I look forward to my checkups.

I went into Sunshine Audiology with a broken hearing aid. Without my aids working I really struggle so I was kind of anxious about getting it fixed. Especially because it’s out of warranty. I went in and was greeted by Ceil, she was very kind and knowledgeable. She worked on my aid and got it going. Then I saw Dr. Volkman she tweaked the programming a bit and now I’m hearing better than ever! What I really appreciated was them working on the aids I had and they didn’t try selling me a new pair. That being said, I will defiantly be going to Sunshine Audiology when it is time for new devices. They are professional and honest. I highly recommend them.

My husband had a problem with his hearing aids. He called Dr. Volkman on a day she wasn’t seeing patients. She responded immediately. Dr. Volkman made time to see him in the office that day and took the necessary time to access the problem and make the calibration corrections needed to fix the aids. Dr. Volkman is an outstanding audiologist, friendly and very patient oriented. A true professional! We highly recommend Dr. Volkman, Sunshine Audiology, and her staff!

Tracy at Sunshine Audiology is the best! I’m so happy that she finally has her own “shop”! I have been working with her for many years. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring and her only goal is to help others get the best possible results from their hearing devices! I recommend her to anyone who has a hearing need. I originally met Tracy over 10 years ago. 3 clinics ago. By far this is my favorite! Because it has TRACY! LOL. She is one amazing person. Let me tell you something.i called to tell her my mom, her patient, had passed. She said how sorry she was. But what could she do for me to help. Before I got off that call I had an appointment to see her at Sunshine Audiology! She offered to clean and Balance my hearing aids. I hadn’t been wearing them because they felt plugged. I walked in. Both Ceil (her wonder Assistant) and Tracy gave me big hugs. How nice it was to see them once again. As I was leaving I noticed Tracy did such a good job I didn’t even realize my hearing aids were in. Now if I can keep the wax out how she taught me. She spent plenty of time with me and I did not feel rushed. Then I get ready to leave and Tracy refuses to accept any payment from me. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness. Anyone who does business with a such heart I’d do business with! If you want the BEST office ….. This is it! Cathy Henshaw
